About Stallion Lakes

Located in the heart of Hockley and minutes from the Clubs at Houston Oaks, Stallion Lakes invites you to explore the beauty found within the newest Kickerillo and Bean Development. From its nature trails to its vast greenery and rolling terrain, this gated community is truly a gem in the heart of a beautiful area.

Spanning almost 400 acres, Stallion Lakes will have something to offer every home buyer. All homes in the community will be built on oversized lots ranging from 1.5 to 3.5+ acres, and will feature new construction by five premiere custom homebuilders, including Kickerillo Companies. Upon completion, Stallion Lakes will have private concrete streets throughout, natural gas and fiber optic cable. Homeowners will enjoy a low tax rate living in this community, and will have the peace of mind knowing that the lots are not located in the flood plain. Five lakes and jogging and bike trails will weave throughout the community. One story homes must be a minimum of 4,500 square feet and two story homes must be a minimum of 5,000 square feet.

So what more could you ask for in a place you call home? Come along for the ride at Stallion Lakes.
